Forgot Wingo Password – Reset Your Login

Step-by-step guide to resetting your Wingo login password. If you've forgotten your password, don't worry — reset it in minutes using OTP verification on your registered mobile number.

How to Reset Wingo Password

Open Wingo App and tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen
Enter your registered mobile number with +91 country code
Tap "Send OTP" — an OTP will be sent to your mobile via SMS
Enter the 6-digit OTP received on your phone (valid for 3 minutes)
Create a new password (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers)
Confirm the new password by entering it again
Tap "Reset Password" to save changes
Return to the login screen and log in with your new password

Password Reset Tips

⚠️ OTP not received? Wait 60 seconds, check signal strength, ensure no SMS blockers active. If using Jio/Airtel, try switching to mobile data.

Use a password you can remember but others can't guess
Recommended: mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers (e.g., Wingo@2026)
Don't use your mobile number, birth date, or simple patterns as password
Store your password securely in a password manager
