Fix Wingo Login Error – Troubleshooting Guide

Solutions for all common Wingo login errors. From OTP issues to account locks, app crashes to network errors — find the fix quickly.

Common Login Errors & Fixes

❌ OTP Not Received

Solution: Check mobile signal. Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data. Ensure number entered with +91 code. Wait 90 seconds before requesting new OTP. Check SMS spam folder. Restart phone if still not received.

❌ "Incorrect Password"

Solution: Use OTP-based login instead (tap "Login with OTP"). Reset password if you've forgotten it. Check for Caps Lock. Ensure no extra spaces in password.

❌ "Account Locked"

Solution: After 5 failed attempts, account locks for 30 minutes. Wait and try again. If still locked, use password reset to unlock immediately.

❌ "User Not Found"

Solution: This means no account with that number exists. Register a new account. Check for typos in mobile number. You may have registered with a different number.

❌ App Crashes on Login

Solution: Update to latest Wingo APK. Clear app cache: Settings → Apps → Wingo → Clear Cache. Restart device. If persists, uninstall and reinstall.

❌ "Network Error" on Login

Solution: Check internet connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Disable VPN if active. Try at a different location or time.

❌ "Session Expired"

Solution: Common after update. Simply log in again. Your account and balance are safe. Enable "Remember Me" to reduce session expirations.
